Stadium Policies

Absolutely no outside food or beverage is allowed inside the ballpark

Violators will be asked to leave the stadium.

Advance Tickets Sales can be made in person at the UC Health Stadium Box Office, over the phone by calling 859-594-4487.

Age for tickets - Kids 3 and under are free.  Those with small children purchasing tickets are highly encouraged to sit in the Dugout or VIP seats as they are behind a protective net.

Alcohol Sales: We do not serve alcohol to anyone without an over 21 wristband. Wristbands must be picked up inside the stadium at the over 21 booth.

All ticket sales are final: If a game is rained out or deemed too dangerous due to heat by the Freedom staff, fans can exchange those tickets for any future non-premium game

ATM - The ATM is located in the main breze way behind home plate.

Cake - we allow outside cake into the park for parties at an upcharge of $15/cake, including the suites.  Cake may also be ordered through the Freedom from our vendor, Gigi's Cupcakes.  For pricing on cakes, click here to visit the Birthday Bash section and view the "Cake Add On Section".

Children's prices - To enjoy a discount on your child's ticket, they must be a member of our Kids Club. Kids 3 and under are free. Half price reserved tickets for kids 3-12 are exclusive to Domino's Kids Club members. For more information, see our Kids Club page or visit the Heritage Bank Team Shop.

Concerts: The Freedom host post-game concerts after every Saturday home game. In 2016 we hosted: Blue Oyster Cult, Eddie Money, Hawk Nelson, Lonestar, and more!

Credit cards: The Freedom accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express at all ticket windows and concession stands.

Diaper Changing Tables: The family restrooms are located conveniently under the awning behind section 108, in the main entrance.

Exchanges: Like other entertainment venues, all ticket purchases are final and unless ther is a cancellation or postponement, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Field Access: Only individuals specifically participating in Freedom promotions, at our consent and discretion, are allowed on the field. Photos of first pitches, national anthem performers, etc are to be taken behind the wall.

First Aid: The UC Health First Aid Station is located on the third-base side of the concourse. If first aid is needed, please see your nearest usher or police officer.

Food and Beverage are not allowed to be brought inside the ballpark. Violators could be subject to removal from the stadium by the Florence police.

Foul Balls: It is the fan's responsibility to be aware of objects leaving the field of play at all times. Fans also must not enter the field of play to retrieve balls or interfere with balls in play. Violators will be subject to ejection.

Handicapped Seating: Standard handicapped seating is located on the concourse behind sections 114 and 115. Please see an usher or Freedom staff member for assistance.

Lost and Found items may be turned in and/or claimed at the Heritage Band Team Shop.

Peanuts: UC Health Stadium does not serve bagged peanuts in an effort to be an allergy friendly stadium and avoid the peanut dust that can be dangerous to those with peanut allergies.  Candy with peanut butter is available in the concession stands, but traditional peanuts are not served. UC Health Stadium is the only stadium to our knowledge that is allergy friendly year round.

Phone orders made into the box office will have a $1 per ticket convenience charge added to their order.

Rainouts: Fans with tickets for rainouts or games deemed too dangerous by the Freedom staff can be brought back for a"Like-Kind" exchange.

Umbrellas are not allowed inside UC Health Stadium per city rules unless specifically told otherwise by Freedom management.

Water fountains are available outside the restrooms on the first and third base sides of the concourse.

Will Call is located outside the front gate. All fans must show proper identification to pick up tickets.
