UC Health Stadium:
The 100% turf field (and mound) at UC Health Stadium (located 10 minutes south of Cincinnati just off of I-75 in Florence, Kentucky) enables baseball games when normal grass and dirt fields are unplayable, meaning those early Spring games in March and April on your schedule can actually be played!

Tournament Policies:
*Fencing: Due to the size of the venue, portable fences will be used at UC Health for 12U & younger tourneys. No portable fences will be used at high school fields.

*Sponsor Hotels: All out-of-town teams must stay in one of our approved hotels who have provided discounts on their usual rates for our participants. These are sponsors of our organization and their partnerships are based on expectation of this business.

*Schedule: Tournaments typically begin on Thursdays and all teams are expected to be ready to play on that day, though we attempt to schedule local teams in the early timeslots whenever possible. We try to avoid back to back games and balance the number of games played on each field.  We will do our best to accommodate schedule requests but cannot guarantee success.

*Format: Typically pool play followed by single elimination championship bracket. The number of teams that qualify for the championship bracket is determined by the total number of entrants. With an odd number of teams, we sometimes use a "double pool approach". We reserve the right to re-format a tourney to accommodate unforeseen events.

*Consolation Games: Such games can often cause frustration when teams fail to play them without warning.  All teams must notify the Tournament Coordinator by email/text by 9 PM Friday whether or not they will play in Consolation games if they fail to advance to championship play. All teams opting out of Consolation by this deadline play will receive $50 refund ($25 for 12 & Under). We will assume teams that do not notify us in writing are NOT playing in Consolation games.

*Refund Policy: Our turf fields drain quickly and limit rainouts. There are no refunds on tournament fees regardless of the number of games canceled due to inclement weather.

*Tobacco: No tobacco products of any kind may be used by coaches or players on the field or in the dugouts. There is a designated smoking area at UC Health Stadium for fans.

*Unruly Behavior: Physical confrontations or loud, abusive language targeting other players, coaches and/or umpires are not tolerated. Violators may be ejected for just that game or possibly the entire tournament per our discretion.
